Shipping Policy

ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.

Processing Time: Please allow orders to be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, including weekends and holidays. We try to ship same day on orders placed before 2:00PM. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the following business day.

Warehouse Pickup & In-Person Shopping: Warehouse pickup is available in Bartow, Florida. Our small showroom is also available for in-person shopping by appointment. 

Tracking & Delivery: Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times and carrier delays are outside the control of Urban Vaqueros.

Shipping Issues: If your package is lost, damaged or marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and Email urbanvaqueros@gmail.com so we can assist you.

At this time, Urban Vaqueros ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
